Care Group Limited was established in 2003 and are a leading provider of home based support services, successfully building a reputation for providing professional care services to New Zealanders.
Our focus is on providing a broad range of services to our clients requiring support with post-operative care, all daily living tasks including personal care and/or support with medication, transport light housework and meals.
Our Client Care Manager has over 9 years experience within the health sector and has a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, majoring in human services. She has worked in mental health, home and community assessment and coordination for the Ministry of Health and has a strong understanding of our national health system. This enables Care Group Limited to maximise our clients’ independence and freedom to choose, during what can be a stressful time for both them and their families.
Care Group Limited is a registered training provider to Career Force (the industry training authority) to provide NZQA level training via the National Certificate in Community Support Services to all of our support workers. All support workers are required to complete our rigorous recruitment process including comprehensive background and reference checks as well as police checks.

DR CRAIG MARSHALL - INDEPENDENT ADVISER
Craig Marshall, a graduate of Otago University Medical School, has been involved in the health sector in New Zealand for over 20 years. Craig holds a number of directorships and was the CEO of White Cross Healthcare group for many years.
Craig’s medical background, not only as a practitioner but also as an administrator and company director means he brings an important skill set to Care Group Limited. Craig is passionate about providing leading edge health services and believes that the care of people in their own homes will become an increasingly popular choice for both individuals and government organisations over time. Craig believes that Care Group Limited is well positioned to lead the growth in this area of the New Zealand health sector.

WARREN BARCLAY - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Warren is the Managing Director of Care Group Limited. He manages the day to day business of Care Group and works closely with his staff to ensure a professional delivery of home based care and support services to the New Zealand market. His success to date has been based largely on his passion to deliver the best service possible in order to not only meet client expectations, but to exceed them.
Warren has held many senior management positions with organisations such as DHL International, NZ Historic Places Trust, UDC Finance, Interpack Worldwide and AMP as well as owning and managing his own sports, hospitality and event management businesses.
Warren has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Canterbury.

JURKA VULETIC - CLIENT CARE MANAGER
Jurka (pronounced Yolka) has an extensive background in the health sector in New Zealand.
Her most recent role was as a Service Coordinator and Needs Assessor with Taikura Trust, a private trust setup specifically to provide Needs Assessment and Service Coordination (NASC) services in Auckland and which is contracted by the Ministry of Health to support individuals with a disability.
Jurka meets with clients (and their families) to discuss their specific needs, assesses the best way to provide support to the client in their own home and develops a detailed care plan specific to that client. Based on location and needs, as well as the personality of the client, Jurka then matches an appropriate caregiver/support worker with the client. This is a skilled process and Jurka has the perfect experience to undertake this role with empathy and professionalism.
Jurka holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Human Services) degree from the University of Auckland.

CHENELLE ANDREWS- SERVICE COORDINATOR
Chenelle has worked with Care Group Limited for two years as a support worker working with clients with spinal injuries. As Chenelle has personal family experience of serious spinal injury this role quickly developed into an on job training position for new support workers, covering high level personal cares and manual handling. Chenelle's personal experience means that she brings with her a unique perspective on some of the challenges our clients and support workers face and she is able to support both parties in a professional and caring manner.
Prior to accepting the role of Service Coordinator, Chenelle was employed as an administrator for an Auckland based logistics company. Due to this previous role, she has highly developed administration and organization skills which are essential in the provision of quality service coordination.
Ngapuhi by descent, Chenelle will also be heading our cultural development program for support workers and our manual handling training course.

TRISH BURTON - BAY OF PLENTY AREA MANAGER
Trish has been a part of the Care Group Limited team for 3 years and during this time has worked closely with our client base (particularly in aged care), to establish robust systems of support and creating clear routines and pathways to independence.
Born in Tauranga and raised in Rotorua, Trish moved to Papua New Guinea and China only to return to Rotorua with a vested interest in supporting people in her community, to access support services that enhance and enable lifestyle choices.
Trish is Te Arawa (Ngati Whakaue and Ngati Pikiao) so has a strong affiliation with Rotorua and the Bay of Plenty area. Her role as Bay of Plenty Area Manager means that she will meet directly with clients and their family/whanau to discuss individual needs and to match discussed needs with suitably qualified support staff.

WENDY WILSON - ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Wendy Wilson is the Administration and Accounts Manager for Care Group Limited.
Wendy has extensive experience in accounts and administration, gained within accounting firms and with multi-national organisations both in New Zealand and in the UK.
Wendy is responsible for all client invoicing, payroll and administration duties within the organisation, as well as managing the overall accounting process for Care Goup Limited.
Wendy has a Bachelor in Business Studies from Birmingham University.

KIRSTY BARCLAY - ADMINISTRATION & IT MANAGER
Kirsty has set up and run her own businesses as well as consulted and contracted to a number of other start-up entities to assist with their business needs.
Kirsty has held numerous system based roles with major corporate organisations, her last before setting up her own business was with the National Bank of New Zealand. She was responsible for implementing computer based accounting systems directly into clients' businesses and this involved a large amount of interface with clients.
She has particular skills with administration, compliance and accounting systems, and brings all these skills to Care Group Limited.
Kirsty is familiar with all aspects of the Care Group Limited business and assists the staff with the day to day running of the company.
